General urology

Dr Mischel Neill has extensive experience providing his patients with general urology services from his Auckland practices.

General urology is a surgical subspecialty that manages the diseases of the urinary tract. Management can be either surgical, medical or both.

The urinary tract consists of the kidneys, adjacent adrenal glands, ureters, bladder, male prostate, urethra, and male testicles. The conditions people can develop within the urinary tract include infections, inflammation, kidney stones, haematuria and congenital defects.
